We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a smooth and transparent experience. Due to the nature of luxury watches, jewelry, and made-to-order items, the following policy applies.

 


Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was received
  • The item is unused and in original condition (where applicable)

Return requests must be submitted within:

48 hours of delivery (for damage or defects)  
7 days of delivery (for standard return requests)
 

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Worn, used, or altered items
  • Custom, made-to-order, or special request items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned without prior approval

 


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if damaged or incorrect)
  1. Wait for approval and return instructions

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

 


Store Credit

In some cases, returns may be issued as:

Store credit or replacement
 

This may apply when:

  • Items are no longer in stock
  • Exchanges are requested
  • Promotional or discounted purchases

 


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are:

Defective or damaged
 

If you need an exchange, contact us with details.

 


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase
  • After 24 hours, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled
  • If shipped, the return process must be followed

 


Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us first for any issue.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in order and account restrictions
 

We will provide order records, delivery confirmation, and communication history when responding to disputes.

 


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
  • We will resolve with a replacement or refund where applicable

 


Lost Shipments

If a package is confirmed lost:

  • A replacement or refund may be issued after carrier confirmation
  • Claims must be initiated with the shipping carrier

 


Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for accurate shipping details
  • Orders returned due to incorrect address may incur reshipping fees
  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect input

 


Processing Notes

  • Some items are fulfilled through global partners
  • Inspection and handling times may affect eligibility windows
  • Each case is reviewed individually to ensure fair resolution
