We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a smooth and transparent experience. Due to the nature of luxury watches, jewelry, and made-to-order items, the following policy applies.
Returns Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The wrong item was received
- The item is unused and in original condition (where applicable)

The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Worn, used, or altered items
- Custom, made-to-order, or special request items
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Items returned without prior approval
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
- We will resolve with a replacement or refund where applicable
Lost Shipments
If a package is confirmed lost:
- A replacement or refund may be issued after carrier confirmation
- Claims must be initiated with the shipping carrier
Incorrect Address
- Customers are responsible for accurate shipping details
- Orders returned due to incorrect address may incur reshipping fees
- We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect input

- Inspection and handling times may affect eligibility windows
- Each case is reviewed individually to ensure fair resolution
